It is a famous quote : "A lamp cannot light another lamp, unless it is kept burning.
Likewise, a teacher can not teach better unless she is still learning."
It is with this thought in mind that Lovely teachers training Institute was established
as an autonomous organization in the year 1992.
The idea of opening the teachers training institute was born out of a dream of an ideal thinker
Sh. R.P. Malik, Chairman of Federation of Public Schools, Delhi, dedicated to the cause
of education.
It has materialized by untiring effort of an able and devoted
Director Principal of Lovely Public school, Dr.(Mrs.) S.D. Malik
with the endeavor of Principal Mrs. K. Dhawan.
The Lovely Teacher Training Institute has come a long way since it was established in 1992.
Today the institute has made a place for itself amongst teacher institution providing
training and facilities to the teacher trainees.

The main objective of L.T.T.I is the development of 3 H's (Heart, Head and Hand).

attitude, care, concern and love for Indian culture and tradition
